We apologize for your dissatisfaction with your new vehicle missing specific features. Unfortunately, once a vehicle has been titled and funded by the lender, we are unable to take back a vehicle. We have a policy in place that all of our Client Advisors and our Finance Managers have every customer sign a copy of the window sticker with every single option and feature listed. This form was reviewed for your deal and has your signature on it as we discussed with you when you came back to the dealership. The only option we had to offer you was to trade in your vehicle. Please also note that since it was a titled vehicle, the vehicle would not qualify for lease or finance specials for the next buyer of that vehicle. We are here to do everything we can for you so please contact us to further resolve your issue.
