Our salesman, Ash, is great. No pressure, explains things well, a very calm, easy going. He went out of his way to help us, especially on pick-up day of our vehicle. My only real complaint is with the dealership and the numerous add-ons. For example, dealer istalled options, $2499.00; electric filing fee $559.55; PTA fees $189.00; DOCUMENTATION FEE $1,198.00; license fee $500.00; and Doc-stamp tax $277.20; Most of these fees are not part of the required fees in the state of Florida. In addition, most of these fees are higher in Sarasota than elsewhere in the state. If it weren't for Ash (our salesman), I probably would have gone elsewhere to purchase my BMW X5. One other thing don't bother to trade your car in at Sarasota BMW, they low ball you. I soldmy BMW X3 to Carmax for $4,000.00 more then BMW of Sarasota offered me. The car was in excellent condition and low mileage. More
