He set up my a Just another great experience at BMW of Sarasota. My M2 was due for its 3rd service. I contact my service advisor Carlos Munoz. He set up my appt. I also had a screw in 1 of my tires and my other three tires were almost bald. Carlos went above and beyond locating the tires I wanted and taking great care of my car. He kept me up to date on the delivery of the tires and the work being done on my car. He treated my car like it was his very own. Carlos provided excellent customer service! Wait over almost 4 hrs for an oil change my car was "wash" but came out just the same way,this is unacceptablefor a bmw dealer . I had never has to wait this long .
