I’m giving BMW Of Sarasota a one star but if I could give it a BIG fat zero... I would have. I called this BMW on the hopes of getting a new car this month. I even went out of my busy schedule to test drive the car. but they play so many games… they are so SHADY. In just a few days I spoke to three different people who gave me three different sets of numbers ranging from low to high to low on a lease with the same exact plan. it’s like they have to rob you for whatever reason... and give the runaround when an honest sells would do just fine. If you are a girl... please do your research before you go to this place (or don’t go at all) because they will try to get over on you. they will jack up the price..I’m not sure if they get some type of commission out of it or what...but for some reason the price get extremely high and they waste your time for hours on end if you let them....only to meet somewhere in the middle which is still higher than it should be. Luckily I have leased before and I know how this new car sells work. I will not do any business with this place and wouldn't recommend them to ANYone. And the manager there suck. I didn’t catch his name because I didn’t care to but he sucks and have a nasty attitude. I’m not blaming this too much on the sales rep... because if we’re being honest here...they really don’t have a choice than to participate in this foolishness and shadiness that’s going on in that place. I do feel sorry for the older people because if they can take advantage of a young person as myself... I can only imagine. More

I initially dealt with Jonathan Pekar, but the rest of the sales process was handled I recently purchased a BMW Certified Pre-Owned 2017 330i model. I initially dealt with Jonathan Pekar, but the rest of the sales process was handled by Jonatan Escobar, who was excellent in all respects. He was personable and very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions from his extensive knowledge of BMW models. During the test drive, he was most helpful in explaining the different settings and controls on the vehicle. It was a pleasure dealing with him throughout the entire process. More

Straightforward and Accomodating Took our car there for a battery problem. Provided a loaner vehicle overnight while they diagnosed and fixed. My experience of the service department does not match the sales team. Chris and Lisa V are fabulous and greatly helped to overcome many missed handoffs with the service team.
