This was my first visit to SARASOTA BMW. Derek was my service agent and he did a fantastic job. Dropped off for oil change and Derek contacted me with a recommendation to replace rubber bushings on the c service agent and he did a fantastic job. This dealership is great. Great customer service.I This dealership is great. Great customer service. I wasn’t happy with paying $1825.00 and 75 % of that being labor charges. And still wasn’t able to get everything fixed on the car after the diagnostic test. Carlos was awesome he took me right over to hertz to get a car since I had to leave my car with you. I was not pleased with hertz service at all they gave me a car with a check engine light on. Which I did call Carlos to let him know so they wouldn’t charge us or bmw for anything that was wrong with the car. Carlos has always been great with us and always got us in quickly. More
