This was my first interaction with BMW and I will say they made it a very welcoming experience. I actually drive a Cadillac and swear you will never get me to drive anything else, but after my experience they made it a very welcoming experience. Some of the worst pre-repair service I have ever received at any dealership. Called ahead for a factory recall and was told I would get a loaner.
