Great experience every time The service at BMW of Sarasota is nearly flawless. After a stressful morning when my car didn’t start I eventually had it towed to the dealership. Lat The service at BMW of Sarasota is nearly flawless. After a stressful morning when my car didn’t start I eventually had it towed to the dealership. Late to work, hot and tired after pushing my car out of a parking deck with a tow truck driver I finally arrived to the dealership. Fernando and the service team put me at ease. Within 15 minutes I knew what was wrong, how long it would take and was driving off in a loaner with a cold bottled water. Such a relief knowing your car is in good hands. Before my first visit to Bmw of Sarasota 6 years ago, I thought anyone who went to a dealership was crazy. Now, I’m a loyal BMW owner mostly because of the service. It’s important to note I’m not under warranty. More
