Service finally okay spoke with service regarding 2 issues, I was told all parts are in stock and it should be a quick repair. I made an scheduled an appointment on a Satu spoke with service regarding 2 issues, I was told all parts are in stock and it should be a quick repair. I made an scheduled an appointment on a Saturday when I could wait for the repair. When I came in they told me it could be over a week but l would get a loaner Bmw. When I informed the service rep of travel plans he said that I’d have to return it within 24 hours upon completion of the service, really? So I had to push back the service. When I came back in, we set up everything, the rep explained to me Why there may be a delay but not to worry, I’d have a nice Bmw loaner. We finished and I was lead to the lobby to wait for the loaner. The loaner turned out to be a Chevrolet that I was potentially going to be saddled with for a few weeks, not the bmw I had been led to expect. Everything turned out fine in the end, the repairs happened within 2 days. The lack of communications (quick fix, no long fix ; Bmw loaner, no Chevrolet) goes to the credibility of the company. I did like the video of the car inspection, nice touch. More
