Horrible I had horrible experience with BMW of Sarasota. My x5 had suspension problem which they took 2 weeks to fix. On top of that, they didn’t tighten t I had horrible experience with BMW of Sarasota. My x5 had suspension problem which they took 2 weeks to fix. On top of that, they didn’t tighten the lug nuts properly and rear driver tire almost came off while driving on highway. Never ever going back to these guys More
