The lounge was excellent with flat screen, continental breakfast with coffee, plus snacks and cold lemonade. Hard to compare this dealership with any other one I have dealt with. Will be back with both of our BMW's. More

Eric Bosak was great , he left Antoinette-genius was great, she left. Greg Jones told me my car was a front wheel drive and was going to replace front two tires after I told him that would mess up my drive train and he’s the mgr and assured me my car was front wheel drive . Not true after I called Tampa BMW and then looked up in my paperwork . My husband took my car in this past time and he connected with Susan Schoengold who was knowledgeable, caring and took care of us . Derek was great and even called me to tell me about my car and when it would be completed! That was a first from service team and a very nice touch . Derek and Susan have Redeemed this dealership, maybe it takes a man to bring in the car here as I’ve had no luck as a female sadly . Thank you Derek and Susan! More

I was blown away by how fantastic the service was at bmw of Sarasota. Immediately I was taken care of by Jonatan and he did incredible job from start to finish with making my family and I feel valued and he made sure I got everything I wanted for my new car!!! Jonatan was fantastic during the test drive, answered all of my questions and met all of my expectations. He even installed my tag in the rain and thanked my family by shaking their hands after his shift ended at 8pm when we were finally leaving at 930pm!! What incredible service and I LOVE my new BMW!!!! Thank you Jonatan! Give this guy a raise! This is the best service I have received since moving from NYC to FL.
