He got back to us quickly with our follow up questions and when he had to move the deal to his manger to close , he still stayed in touch with us to make sure we were happy. We dealt with Jonathan JP Parker for the paperwork end. Although this is a long process, he used some pretty cool technology to get us through it. Had some minor issues to deal with after we took possession of the car, I contacted Bobby and he handled quickly. Buying a car is not always the best experience, promises sometimes made and not followed through after the sale, but so far Bobby and the BMW team have been great to deal with. We’ll see how the service department does next! More
