A simple oil change tool 2 hours. Jorge the service individual was very helpful. He did a great job of explaining what the service entailed. Helped Me Out in a Jam I actually was on my way back to my primary house in Pennsylvania when I got a flat tire. I called BMW for a tow and was towed to the Sarasota dealer I actually was on my way back to my primary house in Pennsylvania when I got a flat tire. I called BMW for a tow and was towed to the Sarasota dealership. It was already late in the day but everyone there went out of their way to help me get back on the road that evening!
