First annual scheduled maintenance I called and scheduled a service Appt. For my first annual scheduled maintenance. I asked if I could get a loaner and they said “no”, it would only t I called and scheduled a service Appt. For my first annual scheduled maintenance. I asked if I could get a loaner and they said “no”, it would only take a couple of hours ( I am use to a loaner from My Mercedes dealership down the street). I showed up for my Appt. And was immediately told that there was a “recall “ on my vehicle and they would have to download all updated software on the vehicle computer which could take up to 4-5 hours (assuming that it works). They then offered a loan ( downgraded to a Nissan Sentra- big difference from BMW). They could have called me in advance and told me about the recall, but I guess they don’t do that? When I picked up my vehicle, i noticed that all my vehicle setting had been erased ....seat memory, cellphone settings, radio stations, etc.... I had to track down a person to assist in reconnect at least the phone, which thy did. It would have been more proactive to have the service rep. advise me in advance . Not the best communication, on many different fronts, from this BMW dealership. More

When I arrived for my appointment, the service adviser told me it was scheduled for 1 1/2 - 2 hours but she would try to get me out sooner. I waited 2 hours. I would have appreciated being told it would take up to 2 hours when I scheduled the appointment. I would have also appreciated the service adviser providing periodic updates while I was waiting. Part of providing stellar service is managing customers' expectations. More

New car purchase My salesman. Eric, showed us several options to determine the right vehicle for us and gave us good information regarding BMW as we had never owned or My salesman. After a test drive, he worked with us to help us select the options package we needed, and didn't try to talk us into something more than we wanted. The dealership did not have the exact color vehicle we wanted, however, they offered us a really great deal for us to consider a color that would have been our second choice. The sales manager worked quickly to get the price negotiated within a few dollars of what our target monthly payment amount. We went to financing where all additional warranty and maintenance plans were quickly and clearly explained and we purchased only what we wanted. The start to finish was probably the best experience we've ever had purchasing a car. More
