Dealing with my service Carlos Munoz is easy and refreshing. Five stars to the dealership and Carlos Munoz. My car went in for an oil leak and Carlos had a car waiting for me and it was no issue at all to bring Five stars to the dealership and Carlos Munoz. NEVER use their service department unless you want to be lied to. More

a couple concerns The overall experience was as expected, i.e., within the time expected, comfortable waiting area, watch the TV or find a quiet place to read, etc. My The overall experience was as expected, i.e., within the time expected, comfortable waiting area, watch the TV or find a quiet place to read, etc. My two concerns; We were concerned about the gentleman that met us in the service lane and checked us off of his list. He seemed "spacey", as if every little thing he did was an effort in thinking! We thought he might be having a stroke! Second thing (and this is a bit of a nit) the X3 was returned to us washed and vacuumed in the passenger areas but NOT in the cargo area. I don't think that is the way Victor would want it. More
