Waited too long before I heard from the service personnel. I was assigned Jessica, but did not see her until I complained after almost 2 hours that I had not heard from her. The attendant at the station came b I was assigned Jessica, but did not see her until I complained after almost 2 hours that I had not heard from her. The attendant at the station came back quickly and said she could see me then. The car was done, but I don't know if the car was just sitting there awhile. Jessica told that I needed new tires and an oil gasket replaced. If I come back, I will ask for Carlos. He always gave me exceptional service. More

Terrible grouo of liars Terrible. Have a lease with BMW covering service over all USA and pay a pretty penny for it. These guys had to bring me an hour south (from Tampa) twi Terrible. These guys had to bring me an hour south (from Tampa) twice during tax season in order to be able to get my car serviced. They promised I would only loan out a BMW if overnight service was needed and put me in a stinky Chevy instead. Promised free car washes and that didnt haopen. Dint go here, only lies. Don't believe anyone there. Now they won't even answer calls. Liars. None of the names of employees are actually on here. More
