Honest and fair I worked with Jonathan Escobar after seeing a CPO vehicle on the website. Jonathan scheduled a test drive at my convenience and had the X5 ready when I worked with Jonathan Escobar after seeing a CPO vehicle on the website. Total Dissapointment Very dissapointed. It was all about money and not customer satisfaction. The tactics used to force you to buy their over priced service was despicable Very dissapointed. It was all about money and not customer satisfaction. The tactics used to force you to buy their over priced service was despicable. Such as doing a diagnostic that will cost you $115, unless you buy the service. Then they will waive the $115.00. The service I needed was a battery ... wait for it ... $420.00 for a battery! Then when you refuse their overpriced battery they get you with " we have rigged the system so you have to buy the battery from us or it won't recognize the battery" (SIC). That little service to "program" your vehicle to recognize your battery will cost you $170.00. Melting door handles that should have been a recall, would normally cost you $700.00, but I was lucky enough to call BMW USA and "only" got charged $300.00 for BMW's engineering mistake. A tiny little parking lamp that comes on when you open the door with your key fob will cost you $140.00. I will get rid of the car before I ever take my car to BMW Sarasota again. More
