Flawless It's been a decade and I have been very happy with BMW of SRQ. Emilio & Eddie were awesome to work with for my 3rd BMW this past weekend - I don't nee It's been a decade and I have been very happy with BMW of SRQ. Emilio & Eddie were awesome to work with for my 3rd BMW this past weekend - I don't need to go anywhere else! Over the years my cars have mostly just needed routine maintenance. Another great experience at BMW of Sarasota My car was due for service, and my assigned and advisor for this appointment was Lewis Mention, whom I had not met before. He was extremely cordial an My car was due for service, and my assigned and advisor for this appointment was Lewis Mention, whom I had not met before. He was extremely cordial and efficient. He was thorough in going over the 60,000-mile service package, which he said was necessary for my 2014 320i. His explanation allayed any concerns I had about the cost. Rather than have me wait in the show room for 3 hours or more, Lewis encouraged me to take a loaner vehicle, which he promptly arranged. I was able to get work done at home before Lewis called later in the day to let me know my car was ready. When I returned, Lewis took time to go over the service and its results point by point. A very professional gentleman. Not only does BMW produce a fine vehicle, but the service experience always is efficient and hassle-free, especially at this dealership. More
