Disappointing My wife was there for 1hr and 10min just to drop off my car and pick up a loaner and she had an appointment!. I picked up the car myself and it was much much smoother - I was well taken care of but my wife said she will never take my car to that dealership again. Sad. More

Doug, who helped me with my trade-in, is a true gentleman whom explained every detail about the trade in process. Tim Chestnut, the BMW “Genius” made sure I knew every feature of my new vehicle (and he follows up with emails and texts!). Valentina, my service rep (I wasn’t even there for service!) went out of her way to thank me for purchasing a new vehicle and offered assistance with any questions I may have had.
