On my past two visits for service, I have tried to buy touch-up paint for my vehicle, In both cases it was out of stock I think you should have a process to follow-up on such requests to get the item requested and mail it to the customer. A well oiled machine From the moment I arrived at the service entrance which was clearly marked and easily accessible, I was greeted with smiling faces and efficient servi From the moment I arrived at the service entrance which was clearly marked and easily accessible, I was greeted with smiling faces and efficient service. Maria was my service advisor and even went so far as to take a picture of the windshield washer strainers that were clogged with algae and inoperable. Happy that she suggested having them replaced. To my surprise, the waiting room was fully stocked with juices, coffee, tea along with an assortment of granola bars, chips, apples and freshly popped popcorn. All in all, a very relaxing experience for my first service at BMW of Sarasota. More
