Not acceptable We got there at 1:00 for a 1:30 appointment. There were two entryways to your dealership and a sign was posted to stop at the cones which we did. There was a man who was cleaning something and after ten minutes, he finally came to us and told us to stop at the cones I side(confusing)! When he quit chatting with us we tried to pull up but the greeter was still chatting! When we got to the servicemen, My husband could out to talk to them because the greeter was still talking. When we did try to talk to them they abruptly told us to wait on Maria Lizardi. Finally at 2:00 pm she came to talk to us! We told her that we were there to get a part Replaced on a car which was purchased in Miami from a Mercedes company. On the info which she took it was stated that they were to fix the part and also To get off another key made. She said she would be right back and tell us if they approved it and she was going to give them a call. She did come back And said they approved everything. I asked if we could have a loaner car because we figured that it would take some time to fix the park and to make a key. She said I’ll let you know how long it will be. She never got back to us! I finally went to her and said what is going on? Shecreplied that we had not waited too long even though it was 430 by then! She knew nothing about the key replacement and said that it would have to be sent out. She was very rude to us! The bottom line is that we waited 3 1/2 hours for an answer from Maria and we never got it until we went up to her and had to chase her down! I have bought many cars in my life and I’ve always been treated with respect then I brought in the car to get fixed! This was terrific service! More
