By chance, I initially came into contact with Mario Picone, Internal Sales Director. Within a short period of time, we had agreed upon a deal for am M8 Competition Gran Coupe which had to be ordered fr Picone, Internal Sales Director. Within a short period of time, we had agreed upon a deal for am M8 Competition Gran Coupe which had to be ordered from Germany. Mario was the ultimate professional who I sensed could be trusted. I was right. He put me in the hands of Nicholas Hefti, Client Advisor. I can not say enough about Nick. He was an expert on the product which I was purchasing. He helped me put the final touches on my order and then got it entered immediately so to get a slot in production. The timing of the slot was better than I expected. He followed the production all the way through shipping to the US and delivery to the dealership. He answered every question I texted him no matter what time of day it was. When the car arrived, he had it ready in a very short time. Nick, you are the best!!!! When my wife and I walked into the dealership, everyone (except one) treated us as royalty. They made us feel great. Nick led us through the final transaction details flawlessly. We had the pleasure of dealing with John Torres, Product genius, who led us though setting up profiles, options, etc. He was great and saved us an incredible amount of time. Thank you, John. The only "stain" on our experience was the person in the department who handled the final paperwork and payment details. I'll skip the specifics. Suffice to say, she was not in the mold of everyone else we had the pleasure of dealing with at BMW Of Sarasota. This will come as a surprise to Nick as I did not even mention it to him. Anyway, thanks to all at BMW Of Sarasota. Over the too many years I have lived, this is probably the 10th BMW which I have purchased or leased. It was one of the best experiences which I have had. BMW told me that the rain sensor was installed incorrectly by Safelite. Charged me to reinstall in. BMW then told me the rain sensor was broken and had to be replaced for another $750. This is incorrectly by Safelite. Charged me to reinstall in. BMW then told me the rain sensor was broken and had to be replaced for another $750. This is my husband’s car that I rarely drive. Turns out when I got home and talked to my husband that there was nothing wrong with the rain sensor and that BMW must have broken it. I felt hostage until I paid the entire bill and would not be given the car keys back unless I signed and paid everything even though I did not agree with the charges. There are many more items that were horrible customer service on Thursday, but the above was the worst of many. More
