I purchased a used 2019 BMW X3 that had prior front body repair completed before delivery. The vehicle was returned to us on October 11, and since then it has been driven less than 1,000 miles. We have now repair completed before delivery. The vehicle was returned to us on October 11, and since then it has been driven less than 1,000 miles. We have now started experiencing issues while turning and applying the brakes. These issues were not disclosed at the time of purchase. We brought the vehicle back for inspection, and it was kept for two days but returned without the problem being resolved. Given that this concerns steering and braking, this is a safety issue. I request a thorough diagnostic evaluation and a proper resolution at the earliest. More

Dealing with the Brooke and the service guy I worked with a few days earlier was excellent . However the credit card fee and check policy together are terrible. Two years ago and this year I had to leave the a few days earlier was excellent . However the credit card fee and check policy together are terrible. Two years ago and this year I had to leave the car overnight and I live about an hour away. After the car was delivered I had to pay with a credit card,and couldn't send a check back with the driver who delivered the car. These 2 services cost me about $200 in just credit card fees. Unless there is a payment policy change (such as no credit card charge if the car has to be left overnight for out of town customers, or allowing delivery drivers to bring back checks),I might have to consider other service options.
