Horrible experience in everyway, didn't even complete the job. Horrible communication. No one answers the phone, leave a message no one calls back. Was never informed my car was ready for pick up. Had to cal job. Horrible communication. No one answers the phone, leave a message no one calls back. Was never informed my car was ready for pick up. Had to call repetitively until someone answered. Car was delivered with grease and smudge marks all over interior door panels. Took about 45 minutes to drop off and about the same to pick it up. I could go on longer but what's the point, they don't care. I expected more from BMW. I will never have my car serviced there again. Will drive to Tampa. More

We purchased our BMW 540i sight unseen while it was still on the ship from Germany! We were really pleased since it arrived sooner than predicted. Once at Sarasota BMW it only took a couple of days for them on the ship from Germany! We were really pleased since it arrived sooner than predicted. Once at Sarasota BMW it only took a couple of days for them to prepare it for delivery. When we took delivery, their genius explained everything and got our iphones connected before we drove home.
