Sarasota BMW was a pleasure to deal with for my recent service visit. I had to have two tires replaced, and they completed the job in a timely manner and they stayed in regular communication throughout th service visit. They listened to me. They did not belittle me because I am a woman. Mostly fixed everything except a tire light all the time.
