We made an appointment to have our car serviced (oil change and a transmission flush). When we arrived, we were told that they do not do a transmission flush at the dealership. My only suggestion is that BMW gets a handle on their appointment scheduling online portal as I was able to schedule an appointment the night before which I appreciate but it was for first thing in the morning. The next day I waited an hour before someone could help me due to some conflicts of schedule, which I understand it’s out of the employees control. More
