I made an appointment with Maria, who I was always very happy with when I came to my appointment. At 10:00 a.m. I have to make do with Nick. I don't really know why I made an appointment then? The reason for my visit was because you had a problem with my key with one key. After an hour and a half of waiting, Nick came up to me and explained to me that they would need a few more hours to determine the problem and an estimate of over $7000 for all possible wear and tear including over $1200 for a new sensor to fix the problem with one key. The other was fine, when I drove home in the evening and parked the car in my garage I noticed that the whole floor was covered in a blue liquid! great! it was just totally frustrating! I understand that there is always wear and tear on a car, but how can it be that one key works normally and only the second key has a problem and then the car's sensor is to blame? It has to be replaced for over $1200, so please, that doesn't make sense to us. More
I've had a problem with my 430 coupe air conditioning. The Genius thought it was a setting I've worked with them 3 times with no good results. I made an appointment and the tec said that my car has nothing wrong when they looked at it. My Advisor drove the car to me and he could see there was a problem. The dealership now has my car that isn't even a year old and BMW corporate has to tell them what to do. Meanwhile, the dealership got me a rental car which is a Chevy Malibu which was full of bird poop on the car. This isn't what I expected from BMW. This is my first BMW, I switched over from Lexus, and so far, I'm very disappointed. More
