BMW of Sarasota - Service Center

I arrived at the dealership at 2 o’clock for 230 appointment only to find that my car didn’t go in for service until about 4 o’clock. I didn’t leave the dealership until about 5:30. The purpose of my visit was to install a new battery. When my car was returned to me, it smelled of dirty diesel. Motor oil had to return to the service area and ask for a wiped to clean up my cars interior. I was given a couple of wet wipes and wet down my steering wheel center council gear shifter, and passenger door. The white wipes were black when I finished. Whoever drove, the car was filthy with filthy hands. Also, my drivers door handle was gooey feeling and now it has completely melted, the plastic down to the metal on the doorhandle. I believe whoever drove my car, had something on hand some type of acid or something, destroyed the plastic door handle. Pretty much the worst experience I had a car dealership. More
