The worst customer service! Brought my car to be checked for problems with the cooling system that was supposed to be repaired 3 months ago and paid . Chong The manager didn’t even want to talk to me , ignored my concerns for possible mis diagnosis of the problem the first time and declined to help with commitment for warranty on a recently repaired by his department system. I have been a loyal customer of BMW Sarasota for 3 years. NOT ANYMORE.! Would not recommend and would not advise to bring your car there for service! Overinflated prices for labor and no honesty and no commitment to previously performed work. So many more honest places in the are. Stay away from service center BMW Sarasota . More

My service manager had to co ordinate a difficult repair and replacement of a small body front end headlight washer part . ..
