Always have to wait hours if not days for the work to be completed. Just had work done and now my vehicle is making clunking noises that weren't there before the service appointment. The walk through was random camera moving everywhere not focused on content of each inspection point. Indicated my dislike of the video inspection. The service intake man agreed it was ridiculous. Sarasota BMW is so bad compared to all the Arizona locations! Always disappointing yo go to Sarasota. I was just at Scottsdale BMW over the weekend. More
