The 13,000 mile service included an oil change, tire rotation, and completing the software updates final step that was a problem that was experienced by other customers. Other customers asked us “how long have you been waiting?” and they were incredulous that we weren’t there for a major service. Our technician was not apologetic and was only defensive explaining that we had a very complex automobile. My techs at Porsche, Audi, Volvo never used such a lame excuse. If I ever return to Sarasota BMW it will be assigned to a different advisor. This was our second service at your dealership and our first visit was only for an oil change and tire rotation ; it also took 4 hours. More
