Greg took advantage of me and overcharged me for a minor repair. The parts and labor were ridiculously overpriced only because that’s what the dealer can do to us who have no control over dealer service. repair. The same repair at an independent BMW shop would have been less than half of what Greg charged me. I thought Greg was going to help me by being fair to me, at least that’s what he told me. I even tried to save your company money but not accepting a loaner car and decided to take a Uber ride home to save the BMW dealer money, and as a result they took advantage of me, because they could. They didn’t even have the courtesy to wash my auto after servicing it. You lost a good customer forever. I wish things would have been different. Sam Greco, a disappointment customer. More
