Good service just took much longer than they said. Had 10:30 appt, car sat in bay for 35 minutes. Then it was 2 more hours after that for an oil change and wash. Everyone was very nice though. I really value both my service advisor & the dealer techs. They are consistently outstanding. Where BMW of Sarasota falls short is on the amount of time it takes to service my car. 3+ hours for regular techs. They are consistently outstanding. Where BMW of Sarasota falls short is on the amount of time it takes to service my car. 3+ hours for regular scheduled maintenance - basically an oil change & a car wash. You guys need to lift your game. Either expand (again) your service area, build a second dealership or certify a service subcontractor. I’m to the point where I’m seriously considering driving to Tampa for service - it’s a wash time-wise. I have been a loyal BMW customer for decades but you’re forcing my hand to look at alternatives. There are not enough BMW dealerships to properly service the Gulf Coast area. This isn’t rocket science. More
