My service advisor Greg Jones is terrific. I am always able to go to him with questions, whether in person or by phone. His advice is always reliable and helpful. MOST unprofessional repair shop Ever! Terrible service. Directly told us that they Mark up parts 100%. RIDICULOUS quote of $3900 to fix a strut!! Did not order parts timely. Did not itemize billing or hourly charges for labor! Suggested we LIE & then charged our insurance Co. $2300 for the SAME WORK. DISREPUTABLE! My son works for Lexus & this is our 1st BMW. NO COMPARISON TO HOW LACKING IN SCRUPLES THIS DEALERSHIP IS!; Not repaired after TWO weeks, then text that they were leaving OUTSIDE during the hurricane at our expense! Reported to BBB. REPORTED TO ATTOENEY LYING THIEVES. Will never go back Great job teaching your employees to tell customers to lie so they can PRICE GOUGE! More
