Greg, my service representative was more than helpful… He explained all the work that was necessary, accompanied by a video sent to my cell phone which was extremely helpful. He was easy to reach, and qui explained all the work that was necessary, accompanied by a video sent to my cell phone which was extremely helpful. He was easy to reach, and quick to respond if I had to leave a text or voicemail… He was very sympathetic as this was quite an inconvenience right before and during hurricane IAN….
