Despite informing them of warranty, they didn’t contact the warranty company immediately, which resulted in a delay getting my car repaired. Let me put it this way. I live in Saint Augustine, FL, 3.5 hours drive to Sarasota. My car has been service at BMW Sarasota. There are a few BMW Dealership close to us but w I live in Saint Augustine, FL, 3.5 hours drive to Sarasota. My car has been service at BMW Sarasota. There are a few BMW Dealership close to us but we choose to service here. They are wonderful, never ever this dealership try to take advantage of us. Greg is our Service Manager, very accommodating. Love them!! I have friends that just bought BMW at where I live and told them come see Greg. Keep up the good work! More
