Drove from PCB to make an appointment at 3:00. While waiting for car to be serviced one of the service managers stated that it may be longer (next day) for items to be taken care of. Got a rental While waiting for car to be serviced one of the service managers stated that it may be longer (next day) for items to be taken care of. Got a rental that I could not drive due to recent surgery and manager wanted to keep car an extra day. I could not stay and was frantically trying to get the rental back, luckily another service mgr was able to have my car exchanged out with rental.
