After an unpleasant situation with a customer care person at BMW of Sarasota. I was called by the service manager and offered to further assist me with my car. Best service so far, and glad I had the guts to come back to a BMW dealership again from my last exp. I had a horrible experience at the BMW Orlando Fields location and wrote a bad review and was contacted to a BMW dealership again from my last exp. I had a horrible experience at the BMW Orlando Fields location and wrote a bad review and was contacted to come back. But I never did. What happened was it was my first BMW and I left my keys with the service guys and my rep went to lunch saying it'll be taken care of. I didn't know if it was OK so I asked another random rep if it was OK to leave my keys for service. He gave me an attitude and said I cannot answer you because your not my customer and told me to wait for my rep to ask him that question. My rep came back and said it was OK. But right then I knew the other guy was racist. He knew to just to say yes its OK but didn't want to answer me. Yeah. I took it as him being racist. Hard to be an Asian American born here, I lost my brother that died in the marines in Iraq 2003 and I still get hated on for looking Asian and then seeing it too from BMW Orlando. I just move on and take it. But he said more to offend me, it was intentionally because I was Asian and he didn't want to help. Anyways, Greg Jones changed my thoughts. Seeing him at first, I thought, here I go again with another racist. But I doubted myself. Greg Jones dont know my past and went above and beyond for me as like any other client he got. He deserves more awards from what I've seen in his office. Kind, professional, and determined to fix my car with great results. Absolutely the best service representative you can ask for. He's been there for over 14 yrs I think, and it's people like me to be thankful he's still there to care for us. Thank you Greg Jones. Kelly Xiong More
