Outstanding service from my rep, Chong Lee. He went above and beyond to identify and resolve my issue so as not to have me wait more than 2-3 hours on a very busy day. The same service continued when he turn and beyond to identify and resolve my issue so as not to have me wait more than 2-3 hours on a very busy day. The same service continued when he turned me over to “Ash” to help with a technical electronics issue. The only reason I rated 4 stars was because some days later I discovered that the tech issue was not resolved after all. I have not returned for any further help because I’ve have a tight schedule. great service overall, even so. More

2nd time visiting this dealership. After our first visit I was so disappointed and frustrated with how we were treated by the service department. 2nd visit was a completely different experience. I continue to be disappointed with the performance of my car and the performance of the service department. We were told on this past service appointment that my car was finished, and yet when we got there car and the performance of the service department. We were told on this past service appointment that my car was finished, and yet when we got there we were told that it wasn’t really finished and we were going to have to bring it back. We were not given the option of leaving it there. We have no idea when we’re able to bring the car back. More
