The service was fast and my advisor was very nice. However, when I arrived it took me searching out someone for more than 10 minutes to help me to get checked in. Took over 2 and a half hours for an oil change.. For a luxury dealership this is unacceptable. I even made a appointment but might have better luck if I was to walk in and not have an appointment at al luxury dealership this is unacceptable. The dealerships making a customer wait 2 hours and 30 minutes for an oil Change is just ignoring that my time is valuable and this is unacceptable. When a fast oil change can do a oil change in 15 minutes or less and BMW can’t do it in 2 and a half hour is not a very good sign. I am rethinking about buying another BMW and might buy a Telsa instead because I can eliminate not having to do a oil change at all. Also Tesla will come to your house to do a service call as well unless something major happens with your car (oil change is not a major service). No more waiting 2 and a half hour. It took me 45mins the other day when I took my Honda Pilot to do a oil change at the Honda dealership. This is not even a luxury car dealership. None the less it was a big waste of my time. More
