The reason I am giving this for stores is because BMW continues to rent cars to customers from Hertz rental. If we own a BMW and are taking it to you for service we should be getting BMW loaner cars. I’v continues to rent cars to customers from Hertz rental. If we own a BMW and are taking it to you for service we should be getting BMW loaner cars. I’ve gotten a Ford fiesta and a Chevy Malibu. This is not acceptable. I do know by giving us a rental vehicle you are not responsible for the damages. You put the onus on the customer if there is an accident. All Car dealerships have property damage liability coverage. And should be using it! In Addition I called the dealership two times and left a message not identifying his voicemail it was and I never received a return call. More

They do as little as possible and workers act like they are put out. I had to tell them about warranty work that should have been done last oil change.
