I am concerned that during the pandemic in Sarasota, where many are elderly, that the front line staff have no masks or gloves. My service advisor had a mask but again no gloves. Not hard to replace over priced wiper blades but when you want $400 to fix a plugged washer reservoir screen it was time to say no. In the times that I have serviced 2 of my current X3’s, Maria has always taken care of my cars and made sure that I had a loaner.
