Very poor service staring with the receptionist giving wrong information on pricing, service advisor saying no to service about a recall with out reading the recall, and mechanical technician first say wrong information on pricing, service advisor saying no to service about a recall with out reading the recall, and mechanical technician first saying is not the water pump we need another hour to troubleshoot just to come back after one hour and say is the water pump. Horrible experience. If you go there for a recall you need to bring a lawyer with you because bmw of Shrewsbury will say anything to avoid service . More
