I recently purchased my BMW and I worked with Yvonne. Yvonne helped me build my vehicle - she was very patient and helpful. The manager, Rob came out to introduce himself to my husband and myself . The vehicle offers many options which Doug went over - but offered to go more options at a further date if I needed any help. We also met with Adam from Finance who helped us with the different packages. McGovern has a great team of employees. Purchasing a vehicle is a big decision and the need to feel confident with the dealership is very important. More

I first worked with Dave online to set up a time to come in. Dave was great to work with, consistent communication, low pressure, and overall exactly the person you want working with folks online. Gene was incredible to work with, zero sales pressure tactics, genuine, and extremely knowledgeable on BMW vehicles as well as a plethora of other topics. He has been exceptionally communicative and helpful during all states of the process, from the initial interaction and appraisal, to purchase, understanding the new (to me) BMW, as well as working with me to address any and all concerns. Additionally, Gene also gave some great tips and pointers for when my wife and I go to Universal Studios! Gene sets the bar VERY high for what a fantastic sales person is at a dealership.
