My service Advisor Matt Roy has been with both groups for many many years and has ALWAYS Treated us Fairly, Explains everything in Detail on any issue with the vehicles I bring in for service. Matt goes that extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly and assists on any issues I have had. He is my go to Service Advisor and has been for all the years I have been purchasing BMW's. Most of us purchasing vehicles hate or dread this part. Not with Paul. Request him and you will not regret doing so. To the McGovern Auto Group - These three Guy's are the reason why I have been a faithful customer for a very long time. You have a GREAT TEAM with them. That's hard to come by these days. The only complaint worth mentioning - What happened to the In house car wash !! That was a service that really made the difference. Was it really necessary to eliminate that. It does make a difference. We the consumer do appreciate after spending a decent amount of money on service to walk out into a clean vehicle really sets a dealer apart. Sure, you throw in a car wash coupon once in a while, which is appreciated, but that's a bit of an inconvenience. Wagner had the unit and it was a NICE TOUCH, you all took that out almost immediately when you took over. Just my opinion..... Miss that service Golden Touch. Thank you! Brian More

This was my third time going to this dealer. The first time they sold me a BMW oil change package. On my first visit (March 2024), they also charged me extra 1 hour labor for diagnostics, produc The first time they sold me a BMW oil change package. On my first visit (March 2024), they also charged me extra 1 hour labor for diagnostics, produced a report pointing 4 things that need to be addressed. I took care of 2 of those 4 things outside of the dealer at another mechanic in October 2024. A year later (March 2025), I bring the car in again for an oil change. I was told that in order to reset the service minder, I must buy the additional diagnostics package for 1 hour labor, in which they will check the car from front to back. If I do not buy this 1-hr diagnostics then it will not reset the Service Minder on the car. Therefore I purchased it. Now during the diagnostics, they reported 5 problems - 2 of these were simply carried over from the previous year. Basically implying that they did not actually check these things, rather they simply carried them over, because I did not do the repair at their place. These 2 things were replace the belt and the tensioner, as well as flush the engine coolant. These were both take care of just 5 months ago. Really??? You are going to charge me 1 hour of labor with the claim that you will be "looking at things", and then report real problems, not just skimp over things and carry forward items from previous inspections. This is pure cheating, xxxxx. I have lost all trust in this place, and will never go back ever ever again! More
