I test drove a white I5 Xdrive 40 at BMW of Shrewsbury. While I was very impressed with the car, the color of the car turned me off. He found one in NJ, got my consent to go ahead and contacted the dealer to see if a transfer was possible. He made it happen. I have seen very few sales reps have this foresight to go above and beyond just to satisfy the customers need. Good on you Ryan.
