This research took me all the way from Texas to the BMW of Silversprongs Maryland. Ron Askew (sales associate) and Mike Bolgar (sales manager) gave me the concierge experience in customer service. My X6 was reasonable priced with a good online discount, no haggle pricing. Ron and Mike worked with me to hold the car after making my deposit. I flew in this morning from Texas to meet my car for the first time. The dealership picked me up from the BWI airport, showed me to my car, and brought in A guy who knows everything there is (it seems) to know about the X6 named John Genius😀. John ran through the tech features of the car and, with great poise and patience, set the car to my preference. Financing was a breeze, taking under 20 mins for signings (I applied online prior to my arrival). Pls as for this team of folks if you're in the market for your a Bimmer--make it an X6. He not only had the identified i My 650i belongs to the previous generation and recently Tom managed the execution of some MAJOR services on this car. He not only had the identified issues resolved effectively, but also proactively recommended replacing the engine sparks and the gearbox plate to rejuvenate the car's performance (since the issue-resolution labor hours covered the replacement ones). As a result, I now can comfortably use the car for long-distance travels, as well as start to recall how the car used to perform (esp. in the Sport mode). It’s apparently another preeminent customer service pinnacle delivered by Tom – he indeed takes care of your car as if the car is his personal vehicle. Highly recommended! More

Recpmmendation for Len Familant, Salesperson I never owned a BMW in my life. During my lifespan I owned only VWs and American cars. A few months ago I started to look at three auto makers: Audi, I never owned a BMW in my life. During my lifespan I owned only VWs and American cars. A few months ago I started to look at three auto makers: Audi, Mercedes, and BMW. During my research I have been in contact- in person, telephone, and emails with BMW in Annapolis, Upper Marlboro, and Silver Spring. My final decision was to go with Silver Spring, and what convinced me was the attitude of salesperson Len Familant's knowledge of the merchandise, his professionalism, and most definitely his listening to my questions which provided a much positive feedback. He understood my goal and he delivered me to a very nice deal: a 2016, 528i, Metallic blue imperial color, with 14 miles and a very good prize with several options. Len is a fantastic individual, he made himself available during off duty hours as well to answer multitude questions. Most definitely he went the extra miles! Also it is noteworthy to mention Eric Ovo for his assistance with the computer system in the vehicle, he also gave extra efforts to answer my questions. Thank you Eric. More
