I have purchased 3 BMW's in my lifetime and encountered many sales people along the way. Dave Strassman was without a doubt the most knowledgeable person about BMW's that I have ever encountered. Dave walked me thru every inch of my car and he even helped me to establish my preselects for music as well as navigation that have come in handy. Dave was tenacious and did not stop until he found the exact car that I desired. He gave advice on the terms of the loan and was with me every step of the way as I purchased my car. I highly recommend Dave to anyone desiring a new or used BMW. Dave drives a BMW himself and he knows everything there is to know about the car. More
My husband and I have purchased a number of vehicles over the years, and this was our best experience by far. We dreaded the idea of starting the search for a used vehicle, but from the time we entered the the years, and this was our best experience by far. We dreaded the idea of starting the search for a used vehicle, but from the time we entered the showroom to the time we drove the beautiful 2011 BMW 328i x drive off the lot the following day, the experience was very good. We had identified a vehicle online that we wanted to look at, and Mr. Kailosh Joshi located the vehicle and we took it for a drive immediately. He was very patient in answering all of our questions, and treated us very graciously. We never felt pressured or rushed; he made it clear that we should take the time we wanted to make this important decision. He was very honest, forthright, and thoroughly professional in the way he interacted with us and the other people in the dealership. He was more than willing to show us other cars, and made us feel confident that we were in the right place to find a car that we wanted within our price range that would meet our needs, and in accord with our time frame. It is important to note again that we never felt rushed or pressured. The financial part of the process was handled in a similar manner by Andrew Lipincott. Although we had been pre-approved for financing at another lender, he found us a better interest rate and completely explained the options. We felt that the price was fair and that we were well treated regarding our trade- in vehicle. After the financial aspects were completed, Mr. Joshi gave us a comprehensive tutorial on the car's many features, yet did not overwhelm us with information. Instead, he invited us to come back or call him for any additional information we wanted. We are more than pleased with the car - our first BMW. The treatment we received from those we worked with at this dealership, including the manager, who made a point to greet us and make sure our needs were met, was far beyond our expectations. More

Compared to other BMW dealerships in the Balitmore/Washinton area, Silver Spring is by far the very best. There is/should be nothing generic about buying a BMW. Lonnie, Sigis and the team at Silver Spring made it a great experience for us. What really sold me was that the car I particularly liked was a fantastic looking 550iX, but I felt it needed more detailing (buffing, clean up etc) before I was wiling to step into it. Instead of blowing off my concerns and telling me I should have that taken care of after delivery or the famous "yeah not much we can do about that," they took it in and did an awesome detail job on it. I was really surprised at how well it cleaned up and made the car look brand new. People who drove in it with me said "is this really a used car...it looks awesome." Lonnie took great care of us and followed up after the deal as well. Great place to buy a car. More

We asked for a close inspection of the vehicle while it was in for service because we were at the end of our warranty due to mileage. The vehicle was not handling well and we were concerned there was some was in for service because we were at the end of our warranty due to mileage. The vehicle was not handling well and we were concerned there was something wrong. We asked for a complete alignment and all 4 wheels balanced. Our service writer (Kevin Hull) called me and advised that the mechanic determined that all 4 wheels were bent and should not be balanced. We had purchased the wheel and tire warranty, which was still in effect. Kevin did not think there would be a problem, as my wife determined the damage occurred when she hit a milling ridge on I66. Unfortunately the warranty people, for reasons unknown, denied the claim unless the wheels could not be balanced. The mechanic was able to balance the wheels, but barely. On the test drive, he commented that car was not handling properly and the tires were making strange noises probably due to the bent wheels. Kevin Hull acted as our advocate in this situation and convinced the dealership to do what it takes to correct the problem. The dealership had the wheels repaired and covered the cost. The car drove like the day it left the showroom floor. You just can't ask for much more!!! This kind of customer support prompted us to renew our maintenance agreement with the dealership. More
