BMW of Wesley Chapel truly sets the standard for what a service department should be like. To begin with, I had the pleasure of working with Harley Kaelar as my service advisor. I chose her after reading many reviews about the manner in which she deals with her customers and her trustworthiness. All of the reviews were spot on. Even though I had an appointment scheduled, she offered to have me bring the vehicle in as early as I wanted. Once I arrived, she greeted me as if we had been friends for a long time. She took her time explaining what I could expect as part of the service and offered me some very sound advice regarding the care of my vehicle. If you are in need of any BMW service, save yourself from the hours of research I did on repair shops and service advisors. Just see Harley Kaelar and I am confident she will take care of you in the same manner. She is a true asset to the BMW of Wesley Chapel family. More

Dishonest and Unprofessional Experience I had an extremely disappointing experience with BMW of Wesley Chapel. The car I was interested in was falsely advertised as a Certified Pre-Owned M Sport, wh extremely disappointing experience with BMW of Wesley Chapel. The car I was interested in was falsely advertised as a Certified Pre-Owned M Sport, which it wasn’t. After being told the deal would work with my payment budget, they ran my credit—then suddenly realized they miscalculated taxes, couldn’t certify the car without spending over $4,000, and the payment would be way higher than promised. They admitted their mistakes but refused to honor the original terms or take any responsibility. I was left with a hard credit hit and no car—all because of their poor communication, false advertising, and lack of integrity. Avoid this dealership. More
