Scott Gately is a true professional as is the dealership. I walked in needing a car and knowing I wanted a BMW. Scott worked with me for quite awhile to find the right model. I believe I came in sometime around May 23 to get my tires installed on my BMW M340i, I have to say that every time I go there I have one of the best experiences, hands-down. Joseph izzi Goes far and beyond the expectation to help me with my needs no matter when I call how I call He always schedules me accordingly and properly he checks up on me to make sure that I am OK with the schedule. He has been the best service advisor. Along with the technician who works on my car, I’m not sure who you are, but I want to thank you for installing the tires on my car. You did an amazing job also, the parts department Bobby and Anthony Thank you for always helping me out with my oem parts. You guys rock 100% you guys always take care of me as well.
