This took a huge leap of faith from me, given I did not have the opportunity to drive, see and experience my prospective new car in-person, since I live about 2,000 miles from the dealership. Without fail, every single person from the dealership with whom my son and I came in contact displayed a commitment to excellent customer service that has been refreshing. While it may sound like a cliche, I can attest that with BMW of West St. Louis, "commitment to customer service" it is true, and it is just their way of doing business. Admittedly, there were a couple of issues that came up that could have been a problem at a lesser dealership. But at BMW of West St. Louis, they took these situations and turned them into opportunities to do the right thing and treat my son and me like they sincerely appreciate us as customers and they appreciate us spending out hard-earned dollars in their business. You Picked us up at the airport at 6:30 even tho you had your nieces wedding before you picked us up and still had family time at the reception to go to. I love the vehicle, we left the dealership about 8:00 PM or so and drove 4 hours to Jonesboro Ar , picked up another bag then drove to the lake we go to for another 2 1/2 hour drive . Car drives great and was in perfect , as promised and represented condition. I never had a concern about flying to St Louis and buying this car from you after speaking with you on the phone the first time. Delivered as promised! No surprises!
